Khaman Dhokla

Nutrition :NI: Per 100g Product ( Approximate): Energy 338.2 kcal Protein : 13.80g, Fat:3.40g, Carbohydrate 63.10g, Sugars 20.90g Ingredients:ING – Besan ( Bengal Gram Flour), Wheat Semolina ( Rawa), Sugar, Iodized Salt Turmeric Powder , Asafoedtida, Raising Agent Use : Method for preparing Aahaa’s Khaman Dhokla: Pour two glass of water in pressure cooker and place a steel ring in the bottom of thecooker and keep it on low flame. Slightly grease the inner surface of pot with oil and put in the ring. Take 250-280 ml water with 200g Nilon’s Khaman dhokla and stir gently to make smooth paste. Add 2tbsp (30ml) oil and pour the paste in the cooker pot immediately then close the lid and remove whistle of the cooker. Cook for 20min.on high flame. Before switching off the flame remove the lid of cooker. Now let the Khaman cool for 5 min. Cut the Khaman into pieces and garnish it. Your tasty Khaman is ready.
